Fitness Challenge of the WEEK
The challenge of the week is not going to be something that requires a lot of physical strength but definitely requires a strong mental game. So I challenge you guys to manage and eat healthier this week. And when I say healthier I know that can be broad for you guys so lets just say try to manage your food intake and incorporate more fruits, veggies, whole wheat products, and limit the sweets and sodas. See what happens in 1 weeks time and tell me at the end of the week was it worth the sacrifice. Look forward to hearing from you guys.

That's too easy for me my brother :-)) In fact I need to cut down on my fruits a bit if I want to get real lean.
ReplyDeleteI don't do sodas or refined sugars. i find them to be an actual insult to my body.
But hey, its all good. I still need to catch up on the previous challenge of the week.
