JUDGEMENT DAY
So ladies and gents how did you guys manage with your nutrition and focus last week. How much of a change did you see within a weeks time frame. Energy levels...exercise regiment...work ethic...rest and sleep...well let me know guys check you guys and gals later. Congrats to all who were able and those who fell short know that its hard to get to the top if it wasn't we all would there keep pushing and trying to better both your self and your health.

I felt great and could tell a difference when I had a less than optimal meal (like pizza). I was craving more veggies. It is totally a habit that can be changed.
