Squat jumps-100
Elevated lunges bodyweight-100 (50 each leg)
Leg Ext- 100reps(men 50pds/women 30pds)
Leg Curl-100reps (men 50pds/women 30pds)
Box jumps-50

BEGINNER-27+
INTERMIDIATE-25-27MINS
ADVANCED-21-25MINS
ELITE-UNDER 20 MINS

Please take note Full Range of Motion for reps to count
