MALE HAVE TO COMPLETE LESS THAN 12MINS
FEMALES LESS THAN 15MINS

BOX JUMP FOR FEMALE NEEDS TO BE 18INCHES
GUYS NEED TO BE 24INCHES

TO WIN YOU HAVE TO POST TIME ON HERE ALONG WITH VIDEO OR HAVE ME WITNESS YOU COMPLETE THE TASK IF YOU ARE LOCAL.

  1. OK- I'm in! I'll try it tomorrow after I teach PUMP. I know not the best idea but I'll go for it! I'll be at my studio so I might make some of my ladies do it with me durng our cardio blast class- hehe! Thanks for the challenge!

  3. I did the challenge today, but not in 15 minutes! I am happy to say, however, that I completed it...it took me 21 minutes and about 38 seconds. I totally botched the burpees, which messed up my time a bit(thanks for showing me how to do them correctly). Even though I didn't finish in 15 minutes I am excited and glad that I completed it. It takes a huge amount of mental strength to do this challenge and I'm all over getting my mental toughness on! Big ups to my brother who was there to push me through! I now know where I stand physically (after having baby #2 last year) and can see where I need to go!
