OK- I'm in! I'll try it tomorrow after I teach PUMP. I know not the best idea but I'll go for it! I'll be at my studio so I might make some of my ladies do it with me durng our cardio blast class- hehe! Thanks for the challenge!

I tried it today but I didn't see a slot for puking. So I puking between every set
ReplyDeleteI did the challenge today, but not in 15 minutes! I am happy to say, however, that I completed it...it took me 21 minutes and about 38 seconds. I totally botched the burpees, which messed up my time a bit(thanks for showing me how to do them correctly). Even though I didn't finish in 15 minutes I am excited and glad that I completed it. It takes a huge amount of mental strength to do this challenge and I'm all over getting my mental toughness on! Big ups to my brother who was there to push me through! I now know where I stand physically (after having baby #2 last year) and can see where I need to go!
